Nathan believes that strategic urban design can restore social fabrics and help overcome community challenges.

Nathan works with building owners, small businesses and homeowners to plan out and execute construction projects, and is passionate about rehabilitating old buildings and grassroots neighborhood development. He believes in the importance of putting development tools in the hands of ordinary people, in caring for the buildings that past generations left for us, and in the value of a client’s money and vision.

Nathan has been working in the architectural profession since 2006. His principal area of expertise is in renovations; he has planned and designed the gut renovation and redevelopment of over a half a dozen pre-war apartment buildings in New York City, along with many other smaller projects. He has also served as a general contractor, performing project management and principal site supervision of over $4 million worth of construction projects in Philadelphia.

Nathan is a registered architect in the states of Michigan and New Jersey, and has a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Cornell University.
