“If These Walls Could Talk”

AGI Construction invites you to ‘explore’ its 18th Street design-build green hub through this virtual reality tour.

Learn about our unique design journey through interactive video screens, hear local stories, and see inclusive community design ideas come to life. Videos cover local narratives, community design-build events and the work AGI are doing to live up to our motto, ‘We Build for the Next Generation’.

Guests will gain a preview of the architectural and interior designs for the property which is currently at design stage and will soon be under construction.

The intent of this exhibit is to showcase how, as a Detroit based minority general contracting firm, we have intentionally prioritized inclusive design to ensure the project complements the neighborhood and provides a space for the community to engage in the development process at a time of intensive gentrification in the area.

Once in operation the hub will encourage and foster entrepreneurship, sustainable business development, and community revitalization that will ensure the local economy benefits.

About the Technology

AGI partnered with technology gurus at SeannLewiscom, LLC.

This ambitious project was created using technology used to create video games. Using architectural and interior design renderings as base layers, Seann Lewis who is leading the project built in interactive layers and incorporated videos and resources produced by AGI Construction and Eddi from EyeBreathe.
